Abstract

In language learning, many different online strategies have been applied to facilitate students’ language learning, especially in vocabulary skills. This study investigates students’ perceptions of using the Wordwall application in learning Arabic vocabulary at a higher learning institution. Students participated in online games and completed a survey to determine whether the Wordwall application provides a fun and engaging learning environment while strengthening vocabulary skills. The findings indicate positive perceptions toward the application and contribute to second- and third-language acquisition research related to Arabic vocabulary learning through Wordwall.
