Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between compensation and benefits, work environment, and employee loyalty in government-link property companies in Klang Valley, Malaysia. A quantitative research method was used, with data collected through survey questionnaires from 365 respondents. The findings indicate positive correlations between compensation and benefits and work environment with employee loyalty. Compensation and benefits were identified as the strongest predictor of employee loyalty among employees of government-link property companies in Klang Valley.
