Abstract
This study explores the relationship between good citizenship dimensions and supply chain sustainability in Malaysia. Using a quantitative approach with 100 online survey responses, it examines political participation, social capital, civic knowledge, ethical behaviour, environmental stewardship, and digital citizenship. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between these citizenship behaviours and supply chain sustainability. The study emphasizes that responsible citizenship can support sustainable business practices and highlights the role of digital platforms in improving transparency and engagement in sustainability initiatives.
