Abstract

The study investigates the acceptance of the Malaysia MADANI concept among MARA staff. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 344 respondents and analysed using PLS-SEM. The results show that Acceptance partially mediates the relationship between Perception and Implementation. Staff who understand and accept MADANI are more likely to implement it, highlighting the importance of communication, training and engagement in public agencies.
