Abstract

The optimization of warehouse management systems is critical in the context of global supply chain complexities. This study examines the integration of autonomous navigation systems and strategic process management to address logistical challenges in dynamic warehouse environments. Using insights from the Mobile Detection Assessment and Response System (MDARS) and contemporary process strategies, it identifies solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Key findings highlight the importance of robust navigation technologies, adaptive decision-making frameworks, and technological investments in mitigating navigational and organizational challenges. This integrated approach promises significant advancements in warehouse reliability, productivity, and adaptability. The evolution of global supply chains necessitates the optimization of warehouse management systems, where both autonomous navigation and process strategies play pivotal roles. This study combines insights into real-world challenges of warehouse navigation and the complexities of selecting effective process strategies. Through an examination of the Mobile Detection Assessment and Response System (MDARS) and decision-making frameworks, this article explores adaptive solutions for enhancing operational efficiency in dynamic and semi- structured environments. The findings emphasize the significance of robust navigation systems, strategic planning, and technological investment to address logistical and organizational challenges.
